Information collected
We collect the details you submit, including contact information, business descriptions, website URLs, palette choices, domain interests, booking details, call transcripts, meeting notes, proposal activity, signatures, and payment status. Stripe processes card data; Take Flight does not receive full card numbers.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, generate requested concepts, quote domains, qualify project fit, schedule calls, prepare proposals and agreements, deliver services, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations.
Providers and retention
Data may be processed by Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Google, Stripe, and other approved project providers. Unconverted AI gallery assets are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Other records are retained only as long as needed for service, security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion subject to legal retention duties. Analytics and advertising technologies load only after the corresponding consent. Contact the business email below for privacy requests.
